As a Holistic Health Practitioner, we take into consideration the health of the whole person. We look at  the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being of each individual through such methods as energy work, natural health, herbal, nutritional, and spiritual counseling.

Nicole uses a strengths based approach to empower young people to take responsibility for their own ability to heal and create solutions for many life situations. Nicole  provides her clients with Spiritual Mentorship and Guidance. Nicole supports each client to explore a greater sense of self awarenss and self esteem. Nicole assists her youth to exlore the depths of their soul for their own energetic balancing and healing.

Nicole began to work with children in the Foster Care system in Arizona in 2000. After experiencing a complete awakening and understanding of facilitating counsel and support to children and their families, she began to find the language to emphasize the importance of Spiritual Mentorship in our world today. She has continued to work with young people from many walks of life. She is passionate about supporting the consciousness of our youth and the heart message that they have to offer. Nicole assists the  youth with their spiritual connection and self identity. She is creative and compassionate about the issues that concern the youth of today. Nicole offers Reiki, Massage, and Yoga to her therapuetic practice.

In Nicole’s private practice, she is able to assist family health & healing in an unlimited way. Nicole has a Reiki Healing Studio in Central Phoenix and offers many Holistic Solutions that can bring empowerment to any situation.

Through talking, drawing, movement and expression Nicole works with the Mind, the Body and the Spirit of the individual to remove emotional distress and restore balance to the body. Nicole uses many modalities to support her clients to move at their own pace. She is a non-invasive healer. that believes there is NO ONE WAY.

Nicole provides nutritional support and specific attention to where it would best benefit her clients. Nicole gives a 50% discount to children under 18.

 What is a Starseed? Starseed children are wise beyond their years. They have an extremely creative and spiritual nature. These kids often march to the beat of their own tune. They have the ability to heal & they radiate love. They are powerful and can be sensitive to the environment. Starseed Children are quite intuitive and have a keen sense of knowing. Starseeds carry a strong sense of self  and they require space to adapt to their own creative energy.
